Welcome to We Advertise Any Car.com ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Use of Our Services
1.1. By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
1.2. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Misrepresenting vehicle information.
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
1.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if we determine that you have violated these Terms.
2. Account Registration
2.1. To use certain features of our platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information to keep it accurate.

3. Listing a Vehicle
3.1. When listing a vehicle for advertisement, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:
- Vehicle make, model, and year. - Current condition.
- Ownership documentation.
- Correct Mileage
- Price
- Vehicle Images
3.2. You represent that you have the legal right to advertise the vehicle and that the information provided does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
3.3. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
3.4 You abide by Googles standards for 3rd Party stock feeds and the usage thereof
4. Fees and Payments
4.1. Our services may include fees for listing vehicles. These fees will be clearly outlined before you commit to using the service.
4.2. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
4.3. Third-party payment processors may handle transactions. You agree to abide by their terms and conditions when making payments.
4.4. You agree to pay the initial setup fee once We Advertise Any Car.com commence work.
4.5 Thereafter the billing for the service is monthly, billable within the 1st week of each calendar month.
4.6 You agree to a minimum 3 month initial period once the service is live. Once the initial 3 month period has expired the service reverts to a monthly rolling contract with a 1 month notice period.
5. Third-Party Services
5.1. Our platform may integrate or interact with third-party services, including Google services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with Google’s Terms of Service, which can be found here(https://policies.google.com/terms).
5.2. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party content or services.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of We Advertise Any Car.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Advertise Any Car.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
7.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our platform.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1. Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Termination
9.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
9.2. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
11. Modifications to Term
11.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
11.2. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
